These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobflix platform and services ("Service") operated by Jobflix Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under Singapore law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Types

• Customer Accounts: For booking and managing services
• Service Provider Accounts: For offering services (subject to verification)
• Admin Accounts: For platform management (by invitation only)

3.3 Account Responsibilities

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts without permission

Service providers must:

• Complete identity verification and background checks
• Possess required licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Provide services professionally and in accordance with industry standards
• Honor bookings and pricing commitments
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate service descriptions and pricing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.1 Booking Process

• Bookings are subject to provider availability
• Customers must provide accurate service details and location
• Booking confirmation is sent via email and platform notification

5.2 Pricing & Fees

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Prices are set by service providers and displayed before booking
• Platform fees and taxes will be clearly indicated
• Additional charges may apply for changes or extra services

5.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is processed through secure payment partners (Razorpay)
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
• We are not responsible for payment processor fees or issues
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by service provider
• Customers may cancel bookings subject to the provider's cancellation policy
• Late cancellations may incur fees
• Providers who repeatedly cancel bookings may face account suspension

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payments
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

8.1 User-Generated Content

By posting content (reviews, photos, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

8.2 Review Guidelines

• Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences
• No fake, defamatory, or abusive reviews
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content
• Reviews become public and may be used in marketing materials

All platform content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design) are owned by Jobflix and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10.1 Platform Role

Jobflix acts as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not a service provider and do not employ service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

10.2 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our discretion with or without notice
• Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules, or in the courts of Singapore.
