At Jobflix, we strive for customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for service bookings made through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Some services may have specific refund policies:
Emergency services (plumbing, electrical, locksmith) are non-refundable once the provider is dispatched, except in cases of provider no-show.
Services booked as packages or contracts (e.g., weekly cleaning, monthly maintenance) follow separate terms outlined in the service agreement.
If materials or parts were purchased for your service, those costs may be non-refundable even if the service is canceled.

Platform service fees are generally non-refundable, even if a booking is canceled, as they cover administrative and processing costs. However, in cases where the service provider cancels or fails to provide service, platform fees will be refunded along with the service cost.
